  My husband and I traveled to El Paso in our 2011 G37 Infiniti from Houston Tx where we live. I love my Infiniti- it’s been a most reliable vehicle for me! So as we were driving into El Paso our Infiniti started having problems. I contacted Infiniti of El Paso and spoke to Roy in the service department. I gave him a quick summary of what was going on with my vehicle and he immediately said to have it towed to the location and he would take a look at it and call me back when he knew what the problem was. The car was towed to Infiniti of El Paso on Tuesday, Roy fulfilled his promise and called me with the update on the car on Wednesday morning and I had my car by Wednesday afternoon! Excellent and professional service!! I feel confident in the work done on my car and that we will get back home to Houston safely.
